Youth Accountability?

Youth accountability and response to the Word of God as it relates to a personal relationship with him. Sure, we are living in a world of wonderful technology and although it offers advancement for tasks, it lacks the ability to foster a divine encounter with a Holy God. My experiences in human development support that certain experiences must be transferred from one human to another. These daily practiced conversations and experiences must be observed daily during each developmental stage of a child. When daily truths are spoken by the adult, and observed by the child, it leaves a long-lasting, impressionable impact. I am confident that throughout the ages "no new created item or device" will ever replace the genius impact of parents on the next generation.

Prayer is nothing more than having an honest conversation with our heavenly father.  Children find it difficult to do this when they have not experienced warm, honest conversations with their own parents.  Most children are reluctant and/or fear being honest with their parents. This is a problem and it is one that parents should correct. Our country is being rampant by liars and it has nothing to do with educational level.  Majority of  today’s children, into adulthood, cannot comprehend the reality of a “Real God”; who balance rewards and consequences for which an apology does not erase.”
